School Parking – Coalville Beat As part of our beat priorities over the next 3 months, we will be focusing on school parking across the Coalville area.
Today at Broom Leys School, unsafe and inconsiderate parking was observed. For the safety of children, pedestrians and all road users, please remember:
Do not block pavements Do not park on zig zags, double yellow lines or in bus stops
Excuses such as “I’ve just woken up”, “I don’t usually do the school run” or “I didn’t realise” will not be accepted.
✅ Please allow extra time and park safely and legally when dropping off and collecting children.
These patrols will continue and be enforced at schools across the Coalville beat, including All Saints, St Clare’s and Belvoirdale. PCSO 6596 Rose
